Unreasonable Searches and Seizures |
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
|
People have the right to feel safe in their own houses and with people and against foolish searches and abduction. People should not be violated and no warrants should apply, but with an apparent cause, supported by testimony or confirmation, and especially describing the place to be searched and taking the person's belongings.
